Our Men’s ministry is designed on a dual track, known as the G2: Growing & Giving. We want to provide opportunities for men to experience challenge and support in their personal growth, while they offer their own time and talents to serve others. We believe men are healthier and stronger as they both Grow & Give.
Gathering Events
These are simple activities that are designed to help men grow in friendship. These include things like a super bowl party, or a trap shoot. Check the Men’s Ministry Events or review this page for some pictures and stories.
Helping Hands
Periodically (typically Saturday mornings) we divide into teams to help elderly, widows, single moms, disabled, and unemployed with basic home projects. We try to make sure the projects match the skills of those able to help. It is a great way to help others, and get to know other guys.
Retreats
We hold 3 mini-retreats annually. These consist of small groups of 8-15 guys, for a short weekend (friday night & all day Saturday). They are built around some sort of guy activity (fishing, hiking, ATV’s, etc) the purpose is to look into a specific topic, and build new friendships.
Small Group Studies
We have several groups that are meeting various times and days of the week. Some are designed for specific support issues, and others are men growing in thier understanding of the Word. If you would like to look into getting into a group, contact Annaliesa Tomac, our Director of Discipleship to help you find the right fit for you.
